all fees and costs associated with the
collection of this debt. 1 1/2% per month

Tires guaranteed
against manufacturer defect for 30 days. Tires
are used and sold as is. |

Seller is not
responsible for delays in general delivery, UPS
or freight shipments. Freight delivery is beyond
the seller's control. |

Special Order Policies |
|
1. |
Special order parts
are non-refundable. |
|
2. |
A minimum deposit
of 50% is required for all special orders. |
|
3. |
Deposits are
non-refundable. |
|
4. |
Parts and deposits
left over 30 days are Non-Refundable. |
|
Warranty |
|
1. |
Complete core is
required on all sales within 7 days or warranty
is void. |
|
2. |
Used engines are
guaranteed not to have cracked block, head or bad crankshaft. Parts external to the
cylinder head(s)
(i.e., carburetor, distributor, fuel pump, etc.) are not
warranted. These are left on the engine for the
installer's convenience ONLY. |

3. |
Used engines
guaranteed against rod knock, excessive
smoking, and excessive oil consumption. |
|
4. |
Buyer must replace
front and rear main seals, filters, fluids and
gaskets on engines or warranty is VOID. |
|
5. |
All parts on the
engine at time of sale must be returned with the
core engine for core warranty within 7 days
unless other written arrangements
have been made with the store manager. |
|
6. |
Improper detent
adjustment, low fluid level, failure to install
new filter (A.T. only), broken front pump, or
improper installation voids all warranties. |
|
7. |
Buyer must flush
coolant lines to radiator, replace front seal,
filter, and fluid on transmissions or warranty
is VOID. |
|
8. |
Warranty is void if
any part of the vehicle is altered from original
manufactures specification or vehicle carries
any non OEM parts. |
Disclosure
Seller (hereinafter referred as "Seller") warrants and
guarantees the automotive parts sold by it to be free
from material defect when put to normal use. Seller's
obligation under this warranty shall be limited to
replacement of any defective part which shall, within
120 days after delivery to the original purchaser, be
demonstrated to be defective. This warranty does not
cover the cost of labor in replacing defective part.
Seller shall be entitled to 7 days in which to obtain a
replacement for a defective part and the Seller may, at
its option, refund the purchase price of the part in
lieu of providing a replacement. THIS WARRANTY IS
EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS. Seller neither assumes nor does it authorize
any other person to assume on Seller's behalf any other
liability in connection with the sale of automotive
parts. SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO ANY CUSTOMER OR ANY
OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PERSONAL
INJURY DAMAGE RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THIS
TRANSACTION.
